These companies have not received any claims from Venezuelan environmental and health regulatory authorities relating to environmental matters and are not aware of any claims or conditions that would be expected to result in claims related to environmental violations that would, in the opinion of management, have a material adverse effect on IBH´s consolidated financial position or IBH´s consolidated results of operations.
